Working for Smart Growth:
More Livable Places and Open Spaces

2025 NJ Planning and Redevelopment Conference

New Jersey Future and APA New Jersey are proud to present the annual New Jersey Planning and Redevelopment three-day conference convening virtually on June 11–12 and in person on June 13 at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick.

The 2025 New Jersey Planning and Redevelopment Conference will feature timely session offerings as we reimagine land use in a rapidly changing environment.

NJPRC25 will offer over 30 sessions, a virtual and in-person exhibit area, and ways to connect with fellow attendees as we bring together bold ideas, innovative solutions, proven concepts, and best practices for creating stronger, more inclusive, and equitable places where people live, work, and play. The conference format will once again feature a mix of concurrent sessions that are pre-recorded, live-streamed, and in-person. The virtual sessions will be available via Pheedloop, the NJPRC event platform, with Zoom integration.

Join us by submitting a session proposal after reviewing the guidelines linked below. All session proposals must be submitted in full by Friday, February 7, 2025.

Please note that the Conference Committee not only seeks a diversity of topics and perspectives, but diversity of presenters as well. We believe the issues of systemic racism, segregation, and our legacy of inequality in land use and redevelopment must be tackled in a direct and proactive manner.
