With so much going on around land-use policy in New Jersey, not to mention the looming gubenatorial election, its easy to lose track of national level developments. Thankfully, our friends at the Tri-State Transportation Campaign have provided an excellent summary of six federal bills that could have a big impact on land use and transportation in New Jersey, including one, the Livable Communities Act, that was previously featured in Garden State Smart Growth.
