SMART HOUSING ZONES New Jersey lacks an adequate supply of homes that are affordable to the pocketbook and friendly to the environment. NJF is leading an effort to create a state program to address this issue.

Kasabach Appointed to Permit Efficiency Review Task Force The purpose of the DEP Task Force is to recommend changes to the department's permitting process to provide more timely and efficient service and enhance its ability to advance sustainable development projects.
